Journey Mennonite Church is seeking a detail oriented, creative-solution person to guide all aspects of managing a multi-campus church. This is a full time (40 hours/week) position that is based out of the main office at the South Hutch campus. Ability to manage multiple projects and experience with Microsoft office, basic web design and databases is required. Work also includes designing communications and managing campus security & facility maintenance. Candidate will join a team consisting of Administrative Pastor, Administrative Assistant, Lead Pastor, Campus Pastors, Student Pastor and Children’s Pastor.

Journey@South Hutchinson is seeking a custodian for the new building at the South Hutch campus. This position is estimated to be 6-10 hours/week. Work includes cleaning gym, classrooms, bathrooms and hallways.

NextGen Pastor/Director

Journey@McPherson, a campus of Journey Mennonite Church is seeking a gifted leader to guide and grow NextGen ministries. The position is for 15 hours a week with the potential to add additional hours or areas of responsibility in the future. There is a strong desire for an apostolic, evangelist to help cultivate the relationships and environment for children and youth to worship, grow, connect and serve.

Since launching in January of 2013, Journey@McPherson has grown steadily. Our community includes many children and youth who need teaching and support to become disciples who make disciples. We are excited to invest in the children and youth of our campus, and believe the next step is bringing someone on staff to lead NextGen ministries.

Discipleship Pastor

Journey@SouthHutchinson, a campus of Journey Mennonite Church, seeks a spiritually mature leader for a part time Pastor of Discipleship position. The work is for approximately 20 hours per week, and requires identifying, training, and coaching disciple makers and missional community leaders in a large congregation setting. Successful candidate must have a passion for and experience in developing followers of Jesus in one to one and group contexts. Candidate will join a team consisting of Lead Pastor, campus pastors, student pastor, and children’s pastor.
